Inspiration, Determination and Perspiration is exactly where I started.
Coming to Spain nearly 20 years ago was a total lifestyle change. Whilst the weather, food etc. was the main reason for relocating. I had to find something to interest me apart from eating, drinking and sun bathing, so I took on the task of teaching myself to paint. From being very young, I always loved art and knew that I could create my own works of art if I took the time to learn. I started with a great teacher called Bob Ross. I watched his TV programs and learnt the basics of how to use oil paints on canvas. Before long I was creating landscapes that once I thought would be impossible to do. Bob Ross gave me the confidence to explore other subjects. Now I love the challenge of painting something new and never being completely satisfied with my finished paintings, this drives me on to further challenges.
